Как лучше перевести "after-tax hedge"?
Контекст:
After-tax hedges are arrangements under which on a pre-tax basis one party has a net long exposure,
whereas the counterparty has an identical net short exposure. On an after tax basis, however, they have no exposure, since the exposure is effectively passed to the revenue authority.

Спасибо, смысл-то понятен. С net exposure тоже вопросов нет. А вот сам термин after-tax hedge гладко перевести не получается. Хеджирование на посленалоговой основе - как-то не того...
