Уважаемые коллеги!

помогите, пожалуйста, перевести название способа центровки динамического оборудования reverse rim dial alignment.
Мой вариант: центровка при помощи реверсивного или обратного циферблатного индикатора. Но он меня особо не убеждает.
Вообще речь идет о центровке насосов, компрессоров и пр.оборудования.

И еще существует способ rim and face alignment. В интернете я нашла "обод-профиль". Но в литературе нашла "центровка по полумуфтам" (с замерами по торцу и окружности), но не уверена, одно ли то же это или нет.
Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться, если кто в этом разбирается...

Reverse rim (dial) alignment is the process of determining the misalignment of two adjacent rotating machinery elements by radial dial indicator readings taken on the coupling hub rim or shafts of two machines while they are rotated at the same time.The key aspect is that the dial indicators are rotated about the machinery shaft's center of rotation. The process is normally done while turning both shafts together and taking readings as close as possible to vertical and horizontal planes.

Rim and Face alignment is the process of determining misalignment between two adjacent shafs by measuring the differences in distance between shaft end or coupling faces (face readings) and the difference in the center of rotation with dial indicator radial readings (rim readings). The angular misalignment is determined by the face readings, and the parallel misalignment at the dial is determined by dial indicator readings in the radial direction on the rim of the coupling or shaft.

в этом источнике rim alignment - это центровка по радиальному смещению, face alignment - по угловой несоосности

reverse dial - разновидность rim alignment, "метод обратных индикаторов" обозвана.

imho, reverse rim (измерение биения ступицы при обратном вращение вала)
AFAICS, у вас же проверяется, есть ли несоосность,
прибором контроля радиального биения (radial dial indicator - индикатором часового типа).
