Ребята, помогите с переводом договора:
The present Contract can be terminated unilaterally on the Contractor’s initiative in case of breach of contract obligation by the Customer as for the terms of payment, and in case of suspension of the Contract exceeding three (3) months in aggregate or six (6) cumulative months.

как по русски будет?
cumulative months - суммарных месяцев????
in aggregate - это как???
