Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести. Встречается в св-ве о получении среднего образования в США (приравнивается к нашему аттестату).

- State administrator (High School Equivalency Programs)
- Commissioner of Education.

Вы бы вопрос яснее ставили. Что надо сделать?

Могу только сказать, что Equivalency Diploma хоть и приравнивается к обычному аттестату, но он говорит о том, что его обладатель засфиздяй, который не удосужился закончить школу и только в митрофанушкином возрасте решил-таки взяться за ум.

The Commissioner of Education was the title given to the head of the federal Office of Education, which was historically a unit within the Department of the Interior in the United States. The position was created on March 2, 1867, when an Act to establish the Office of Education took effect.
