Подскажите, пожалуйста, как правильно сделать перевод этой части предложения: ..calculated to the first day of the month following ..

The first Services and Maintenance Charges shall be paid on the Delivery Date or the Transfer Date, which ever is earlier and calculated to the first day of the month following and within the first day of each month then after.

..рассчитывается по первый день месяца, следующего за отчетным?
