wouldn't it be cool?

i guess you can rarely see a penguin stand for two weeks "in shade cast by a very big tree somewhere in the middle of antarctica during polar night", though. at least if it's not frozen dead already, i guess.

uh..wow.. i'm not sure if being really boring 'would be cool' but i guess i should give it a try: yes, i can feel the difference you mentioned; you just don't want me smart, do you?
so what do you mean by this 'staying'? do you mean 'it' should stay there without moving or 'it' is supposed to circle round the tree and get refuelled or something?
see, a living creature can't stay there for that long without moving its limbs and stuff, literally it can't 'stand' and stay alive, while 'it' itself doesn't give a damn about standing still. so they don't 'stay' for 2 weeks in the tree's shade, especially in the polar night, in the same manner unless they move: both penguin and 'it' get warm through moving (not sure about 'it', but i doubt a penguin would be of any use after such an experience). do you see my point now? or do i see yours?
yes, it's not like i insist this thing needs to be a penguin. actually, i guess a penguin has nothing to do with this 'cool' thing. anyway, it was not me who introduced the penguin thing here :)

тут у нас свобода мысли, ибо никто не напрягает рамками.
первое, например, что пришло мне на ум - "тащка на пракащка", и это совсем из другой оперы. положим, Эгзибит надумал сократить расходы на персонал и его мастерская наняла таджикских механиков. они заказали из-за океана много красивых красно-зелёных таджикских и узбекских ковров с ромбическими узорами, несколько ящиков монет времён СССР и много коробок с зековскими поделками типа розочек в эпоксидке для рычагов кпп и плетёных фигурок всяких чёртиков из трубочек "капельницы" для украшения зеркала заднего вида. ну, в общем, нанесли их в мастерскую, чтобы этими прибамбасами тюнинговать всякие скучные авто богатых американцев.
например, Эгзибит не понял, зачем его мастерская теперь вся завалена этими культурно-историческими элементами - например, он просто не смог оценить их значение и просечь соответствующую эстетику. то есть попросту могло случиться так, что он не согласился с озвученным в данной теме вопросом, искренне прозвучавшим из уст его новых механиков и ответил на него без обиняков на ломаном русском: "нет".

well, the staying is like staying in a hotel, or in a tent. like the thing could camp there for those two weeks - nice peaceful scenery, you know ...
and to close the penguin theme: i only brought those in as an example of someone who could have a different perspective on what's cold and what's merely cool.

и на том предлагаю со всей антарктической темой тоже совсем завязать - чай не дискавери.
а будемте лучше держаться за новообретенную свободу мысли! :)
