Инструмент предназначен для резки труб ПВХ, металлопластиковых труб и других строительно-отделочных изделий из пластика. При резке гибких пластиковых труб их необходимо вращать во время сжатия рукояток инструмента. - The pipe cutter is designed for cutting PVC, metal - plastic pipes and other plastic item. When cutting flexible plastic pipes don't forget to rotate them while pressing the handles.
Инструкция по применению - How to use

Развести рукоятки ножниц, поднимая рабочее лезвие под углом, необходимым для резки - adjust the cutting angle of the blade according to the pipe size.

При резке предмета сжимайте подвижную рукоятку ножниц пошагово по принципу сжатие - отпускание - сжатие" до полного разрезания детали - When cutting the item squeeze the movoble handle of the scissors step by step "squeeze- release - squeeze " untill the item is completly cut.

По завершении работы опустите рабочее лезвие до упора пошагово сжимая рукоятки, набросьте кольцо-фиксатор на подвижную рукоятку инструмента - Upon completion lower the blade all the way in squeezing the handle step by step, put on a ring-holder on the movable tool handles

При низких температурах обрабатываемые детали необходимо слегка разогреть феном или теплой водой во избежание возможного растрескивания и раскалывания детали. - At low temperatures, warm up the workpieces using slightly warm dryer or lukewarm water to avoid possible cracking and splitting of the details.

Данным инструментов не рекомендуется резать холодные трубы, т.к. в минусовую температуру пластиковые трубы становятся очень хрупкими. - It's not recommended to cut the cold pipe, at low temperatures, plastic pipes become very fragile.

Запрещается использования инструмента для разрезания электрических кабелей и стальных труб - Do not use the tool to cut the electric cable and steel pipes.

Если режущая кромка рабочего полотна ножниц изношена и непригодна для использования, освободите зажимной шуруп, поменяйте лезвие на новое, аналогичное снятому - If the cutting edge of the working blade of scissors worn out and unsuitable use, loose the clamp screw, replace the blade on a new one

По завершении работы рекомендуется наносить на рабочее полотно антикоррозийное покрытие (масло и т.п.) - Upon completition it's recommended to put corrosion-resistant coating on the blade (oil and etc.)

The tool is designed for cutting PVC, metal, and plastics pipes, and other plastics dressing items. When cutting flexible plastics pipes don't forget to rotate them while gripping the handles.
How to use:
- Unmate the cutting scissors handles and lift the blade simultaneously at a desired cutting angle.
- When cutting an item grip the moving handle of the scissors in a step-by-step manner following the grip-and-release-and-grip way untill the item is completely cut.
- When you are done lower the blade against the stop by gripping the handle in a step-by-step manner. Put on the restraining ring on the moving tool handle.
- At low temperatures, warm up the pieces to be cut using a slightly warm dryer or some lukewarm water to avoid possible cracking and splitting of a part being cut.
- It is not recommended to cut cold pipes using the tool as plastics pipes become very fragile at low temperatures.
- Do not use the tool to cut electric cables and steel pipes.
- If the cutting edge of the scissors blade is worn out and unserviceable, loosen the clamp screw, and replace the blade with a new blade similar to the removed one.
- When you are done it is recommended for a corrosion-resistant coating (oil and etc.) be applied on the blade.

To cut flexible plastic pipe, rotate the pipe as you squeeze/bring/force/press the handles together.
