training instructor
или (наверно, этот вариант предпочтительнее) training coach

а чем вообще отличаются в современном русском слова коучинг и тренинг?

вообще если человек работал в школе или другом учебном заведении , то он является PE Teacher

А вот кстати ваш инструктор . Мне кажется это больше относится к людям которые работают в определенных фитнес центрах
