это из муз слэнга (rock the mic etc.): что-то вроде “to handle effectively and impressively; to use or wield effectively, esp. with style or self-assurance.” [OED] но тут еще и игра слов на значении "раскачать", to add fresh blood, мне ка надо подумать:) |
