Слова, которые я оставил непереведенными, мне не известны, но есть в словаре.
А ошибки в английском тексте, действительно, возмутительны.

А Вам кто переводил - Промт или Гугл Транслейт?

Ни одного слова не переведено правильно. Однако Вы почему-то думаете, что Ваш вариант лучше. Пример: мой вариант перевода "as such officer was dully authorised..." проигнорировали (наверно потому, что в нем отсутствует слово "офицер"), to administer oaths в словаре не посмотрели, не говоря уже о depositions. Этого достаточно?
