Коллеги, доброе утро.

Помогите, если сможете. Перевожу контракт на поставку некоего конвейерно-укладочного устройства. Описание этого устройства переведено на англ. с другого языка (кажется, с немецкого).

Пояснения, данные клиентом:
сollation - группировщик? укладочная машина "olibag 210"
сase-erector and closer - устройство открывания и закрывания короба "olimat 1/500"

The bags are fed to the machine in single file on two conveyors and are allowed to fall a short distance down between the flights of the first segment of the flighted chain so that they are conveyed standing on edge.
The flights only index when the presence of a bag is detected so that all the flights remain filled.

Что такое flights? flighted chain? Куда падают мешки?

When the correct number of bags is reached, the whole segment moves to the loading station where the bags are automatically pushed out of the flights by a rake into the compressing station where they are compressed. From there they are pushed into corrugated case by a second pusher.

Как правильно сказать segment - блок?
pusher - толкач?
rake - ракель?

может быть flighted chain - скребковая цепь?
думаю segment - блок (один раз мне встречалось модуль)
rake - скребок?
flight - скребок, пластина, винт ( конвейера, элеватора )что здесь имелось ввиду не пойму, честно говоря, может быть подскажут техники
pusher - толкатель?
