Customer Implementation Project activities are invoiced at a regular basis. Exceptions to the testing and setup requirements might apply and might be charged at an exceptional fee. Exceptional fees might also apply for implementation processes if outside the regular timeframe (if to be applied, those will be communicated to you by your Project Manager for approval). |
