У Вас описка:
В Вашем примере должно быть не PROPERTY (имущество/собственность) in the goods, а OWNERSHIP (право собственности (собственность/принадлежность)) in the goods

Оба варианта немного корявые. Так-то вроде понятно о чем речь, но какой-то это "русский английский". Я согласна с tumanov. Если идут какие-то стандартные фразы по договору (либо прочим документам/тематикам), то их нужно "прогуглить". Постепенно они отпечатываются в памяти и мало-помалу проблема "Russian English language" исчезает. А еще полезно просто читать английский вариант договоров, инструкций, положений. Благо этого добра сейчас кругом хватает. Удачи и успехов Вам в трудах.

Скорее, я не понимаю. Может, приведенные Вами пример и ссылка - как раз из разряда "век живи, век учись" применительно ко мне.
Всё может быть.
Однако, в моем нынешнем (недо)понимании, "ПРАВО собственности", о чем спросила kateri, - это ЧАЩЕ всего (разумеется, в зависимости от всяких-там-разных (мне неведомых) тонкостей) либо ownership либо title.
