Subject: mature from busin. Помогите пож-та с переводом фразы "partly mature from" в след. контексте:
The provision of required legal and administrative documents like business registration, license or certificate, collateral documents and others was not a big problem for all of clients of both MFIs (microfinance organizations). It can be assumed that as for group borrowers they do not encounter problems in normal case and as for individual borrowers they are partly mature from group loans and partly independent from the start.
