Отдельным категориям страхователей могут быть установлены пониженные ставки для исчисления пенсионных взносов на обязательное пенсионное страхование с определением источника покрытия разницы между суммой пенсионных взносов, исчисляемых по ставке, установленной настоящим Законом, и их суммой по пониженной ставке.

My version - Lower rates for calculation of pension contributions to compulsory pension insurance plan may be established for certain categories of insurers by defining of the source of coverage of the difference between the amount of pension contributions, calculated at the rate established by this law, and the amount at a reduced rate.
