Текст такой:
Certifies that XXXX has undertaken a course of the First Year Training or Craftsmen and Tecnicians in the Engineering Industry at an approved center during the year xxxx .
The training course consisted of Prts A,B, C (DESIGN APPRECIATION FOR TECHNICIAN ENGINEERS) of the approved scheme.
