Речь про "automatic combustion control system" и принцип ее работы.

The air flowrate is measured in a Venturi and transmitted by the Flowrate Transmitter, the signal goes through the linearizing relay and then through the regulator which has the task to keep the air in excess on the set-value , during burner loading and then send to FIC 1 regulator as process
variable signal.
Even the set-point signal arrives to the regulator and it is then compared with process
variable value, and transmit a signal proportional to the difference between the two values.
This signal is then sent to the air combustion pneumatic actuator through the electropneumatic
converter (I/P)

Почему вам не подходят словарные значения?

Потому что в словарях миллион вариантов на каждый термин. Ну, с set value я действительно протупила, это ясно. А для process variable signal и set-point signal хочется короткую, изящную, и при этом понятную формулировку, которой я не нашла. Linearizing relay тоже не нашла, если честно. Может, руки кривые, не знаю. Если можете помочь, спасите дурака(
