Subject: пункт из договора gen. In the case of any of the parties being declared insolvent the performance of the present agreement automatically stops, without the necessity of any advance notice and without the other party having the obligation to indemnify the insolvent, effective as of now establishing the immediate compensation of credits that exist in the accounts between the parties.Это пункт из статьи "Cancellation". Непонятна ситуация, начиная со слов: "...without the other party having the obligation to indemnify the insolvent, effective as of now establishing the immediate compensation...". Т.е., я так понимаю, что другая сторона не обязана ничего indemnify неплатежеспособной стороне, а дальше совсем темный лес... Спасибо за помощь! |

Сергей, я ту веселую ветку про indemnity помню. Загвоздка не в этом. Мне не совсем понятно to indemnify the insolvent [party??]. Ну и продолжение, конечно же, полный, как вы выразились :)) |
