Subject: State-of-the-practice information gen. State-of-the-practice information was gathered primarily through agency site visits (described in Appendix A) and was supplemented by a detailed questionnaire (Appendix B). The most efficient way to acquire detailed data on MIS activities in transit was to conduct detailed interviews during site visits of major agencies that exhibited good practices and significant integration of systems. Appendix C is the interview guide.
