Нужно стараться избегать скобок, скобки в английском считаются дополнительной информацией, которую можно опустить. Запятую тоже нельзя поставить, т.к. получается вроде как перечисление - не подходит для договора. Тире вообще не вариант. Остается перефраз.

Спасибо, но насчет скобок и запятых можно было бы поспорить (привожу отрывки из оригналов), хотя в моем случае постараюсь их избежать:

Counterparts: This Agreement and any other Finance Document (and each amendment, modification and waiver in respect of any of them) may be executed and delivered in counterparts (including by facsimile transmission), each of which will be deemed an original.

This Agreement is made in Moscow on___ _____________, 200__ in three equally valid counterparts, one for the Borrower and two for the Lender.
