Subject: выход из состава основателей gen. Как перевести "выход из состава основателей компании"? Withdrawal from membership - выход из состава членов компании, а как сказать "из сотава основателей"? Спасибо.

you cannot "participate in company as a founder". appearing as a founder is a one-off event. after having founded a company you then become just a member/shareholder in that company, much like any other member. withdraw as a member / shareholder |

having said that,... you can "give up your founder's rights" - but only in an establishment or a foundation (mainly under german/swiss/austrian law) |
