health ed.- в словарях - "санитарное просвещение"; но можно -
"Уч. курс - "Здоровый Образ Жизни" (который включает и физ.
упражнения).

Возможно и так, но для текста помоему подходит Санитарное образование.
Больше ни чего в голову не приходит.
