взяли крыс. отравили Ароклором-1254. вырезали печень. тщательно измельчили. сделали суспензию, вероятно отцентрифугировали (а может и само всплыло - непринципиально). потом взяли надосадочную жидкость (этот самый supernatant) и использовали ее в описанных в Вашем фрагменте целях
