- If you are targeting a Russian audience, it would be nice to have the questions translated
- The wording of some questions is not clear (see suggestions).
- You should probably state the topic of your paper and describe your working hypothesis, so that your respondents have an idea of what your are looking for.
- Overall, seems like you didn't give your survey much thought before publishing.
