It was written by Swiss German.The Service category shall expressly include a) the take-out food service operations of convenience stores, supermarkets and gas station retail outlets (however not the convenience stores, supermarkets, gas stations or gas station retail outlet themselves), b) school and corporate dining halls, c) doughnut stores and d) ice cream and frozen yoghurt stores which serve ready-to-eat ice cream or frozen youghurt that is prepared on the premises (as opposed to being pre-packaged) for immediate on-premises consumption and take-out consumption.
