Проверьте, пожалуйста, мой перевод предложения:

Факсимильные документы с подписью лиц, уполномоченных действовать от имени стороны надлежаще оформленной доверенностью, с печатью стороны имеют юридическую силу оригиналов документов.

Facsimile documents signed by the persons authorized to represent the Party by a duly executed power of attorney and sealed by the Party's seal shall be treated as being equally valid and binding with original documents.

"...shall have the same force and effect, as if they were originals". Про "обязательную" юридическую силу ничего не сказано, поэтому "binding" не подходит.

И еще: я бы поменяла "by a duly executed power of attorney" на "pursuant to a duly executed power of attorney". Но это уже вкусовщина:)

Плюс: "сторона" у Вас не термин в оригинале, зачем ее заглавить ("Party")?
