List of regulated and non-regulated by power ta-riffs provided and review the ways of their regulation. The article represents the structure of government agencies which control and regulation housing tariffs on different levels of government. Authors inspect details of rate-making in the power industry, heat supply, water supply and analyzed the problems in these areas which influence on the final tariff for the consumer.
