the gap is between the actual and the potential недостаточная is insufficient - it could well be that the the company is working at 200% potential but its performance is still insufficient because of the wrong expectations. I would use something like неоптимальная instead |
| I would rather demand for some context - otherwise the asker can only get a misleading answer to her meaningless question - an ample example of mutual "Performance gap"... |
