Уважаемые коллеги,
подскажите pls, как правильно изложить следующий пункт договора:

Обязательства по выплате вознаграждения по настоящему Соглашению считаются выполненными Клиентом с момента списания денежных средств, указанных в пунктах 5.1 и 5.2 настоящего Соглашения, с корреспондентского счета Клиента.

Предлагаемый вариант:
The liabilities to pay the fees under this Agreement shall be deemed discharged by the Client from the date of debiting the amount, specified in paragraphs 5.1 and 5.2 hereof, to the Client’s correspondent account.
