Уважаемые жители и гости форума, помогите, пожалуйста, с данным предложением

Rates for installing doors and windows shall include for installation in any type of partition including proprietary non-rated partitions, firewalls and solid partitions and shall include for the complete installation of the door and window in the framed opening including hanging, aligning, fitting of all frames, lining and ironmongery and other door and window furniture

1) что подразумевается под partitions в данном случае? просто стены?
2) что такое non-rated partitions? гуглила, не нашла...
