1) Никакая акция компании не может быть выпущена до тех пор, пока за нее не будет полностью выплачено вознаграждение (встречное удовлетворение?)

Alex16, по моему скромному мнению, здесь consideration (вообще - компенсация - и отнюдь не только денеж. - поэтому слово "компенсация" получается insufficient для адекв. перевода)
может "юридически" переводиться как "встречное представление\удовлетворение".
