я тоже - что то не припомню, что это ... и вообще не лubtilь грамматик [сложнее чем DCFGs]
но вот в примерах мне perfect кажется избыточным. у нас в округе так:
... after his mother prepareS dinner.
... until he IS done with his h/w

да, present perfect можно

слово already вставляем между has и смысловым глаголом, но и present simple можно в тех случаях, когда действие происходит регулярно
