5. ПРАВА И ОБЯЗАННОСТИ СТОРОН
5.1. Исполнитель обязан:
5.1.1. Выполнить все предусмотренные Договором работы в установленные сроки.
5.1.2. Передать Заказчику по окончании работ отчетную документацию.
5.2. Заказчик обязан:
5.2.1. Принять выполненные работы в порядке, предусмотренном в разделе 4 Договора.
5.2.2. Оплатить выполненные работы в порядке, предусмотренном в разделе 2 Договора.
5.2.3. В 3-5-дневный срок (в зависимости от объема запрашиваемой информации) отвечать на письменные запросы Исполнителя и предоставлять информацию и документы, необходимые для выполнения работ по Договору.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1 The Executor shall:
5.1.1 Perform all the works covered by the Agreement within the established time limit.
5.1.2 Submit to the Customer report documentation upon completion of the works.
5.2 The Customer shall:
5.2.1 Accept the works fulfilled in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 4 hereof.
5.2.2 Pay for the works fulfilled in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 2 hereof.
5.2.3. Not later than 3-5 days from the date hereof (depending on the information scope) respond to Executor’s written requests and present necessary information and documents to perform works under the Agreement.

Ну я бы, пожалуй, ещё в п. 5.2.3. написала бы "Within 3-5 days..." и from the date hereof писать бы не стала (поскольку в оригинале об этом не сказано).

Вам же подсказали - services, activities
Если уж так хочется оставить work - full scope of work.

activities - это хорошо но фраза

completion of the activities встречается реже чем works completion
