Уважаемые коллеги!
Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести фразу "that would cause such reliance to be majority unwarranted" в предложении "In performing his or her duties, a Manager shall be entitled to rely on information, opinions, reports, or statements of the following Persons or groups unless the Manager has knowledge concerning the matter in question that would cause such reliance to be majority unwarranted".

если этот Manager не обладает сведениями (по какому-то вопросу), дающими основание считать поступающую информацию (по большей части) недостоверной

короче, если что-то ему подсказывает, что что-то тут не так
по-юридически не знаю как правильно
