Problem:
The SetPoint in kg/hr (lb/hr) for one of the liquids
is equal to the full scale analog input.
On the liquid screen the SP bar goes to the top of
the scale

Possible Solution:
You must lower the SetPoint otherwise you will
have no control of the liquid above SetPoint. **If the
valve only needs to open 90% in order to attain
SetPoint it could open 100% and the system
would not correct because the SetPoint equals the
measured value everywhere from 90%-100%
valve opening since the input is at it’s maximum.

если клапан нужно открыть только на 90% для достижения уставки, то он может открыться на 100% и система не сможет скорректировать это, т.к. уставка будет равна измеренному занчению во всем диапазоне открытия клапана на 90-100%, т.к. сигнал открытия калапан при этом на максимуме
