If Director receives sole "Directed By" credit on the first Theatrical Sequel or Television Sequel, as the case may be, subsequent to the Picture pursuant to this Section 15, then Lender shall be accorded the same negotiation right, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Section 15 with respect to providing Director's services for the next theatrical production or television production, as the case may be, if any produced by Production Company within seven (7) years following the initial general release or initial television broadcast (as applicable) of the first such Subsequent Production. The terms of such engagement in connection with a subsequent motion picture with a budget that is at least the same as the budget of the Picture shall be no worse than those contained herein. In accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Section 15, this first negotiation right shall continue for each such immediately following Subsequent Production, if any, produced by Production Company within the applicable seven (7) year period, provided that Director receives sole "Directed By" credit on the immediately preceding Subsequent Production. т.е. указывается постоянный или повторяющийся характер права. а как это лучше на русском? заранее спасибо! |
