Не подскажите, что значит конструкция "a net (N)%"? Погуглив, обнаружил, что она часто встечается в контексте экономических исследований. Например, в таком:

The optimism has gained impetus over the past month – the outcome is well up last month’s survey, when a net 55 percent were overweight in the asset class, and on December, when just 40 percent were overweight.

За прояснение значений overweight и underweight тоже буду благодарен.

Честно говоря, я не уверен, что это тот случай, когда контекст критичен. Но если он нужен еще шире, то уже приведенному отрывку предшествовало вот это:

Net, Netto - дословно, "за вычетом".
В финансах: валовый доход компании за вычетом расходов. Чистая прибыль.
В Вашем конкретном случае, цифры, по-видимому, о процентах чистой прибыли от тех финансовых потоков, которые были переброшены из одной сферы в другую.

overweight и underweight - перевес/недовес. тяжелый/худой. перевешивать/ недовешивать.
