Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:
Recipient may divulge the Confidential Information on a need-to-know basis to its employees and to those of its Affiliate(s) which, for the purpose of this Agreement means, with respect to either Party, any entity that, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, such Party, control being at least 50% ownership.

...причем контроль означает владение долей в размере не менее 50% или ...причем контроль означает владение не менее 50%/ капитала или прав голоса
?
