Если предположить, что это так, то: Мы, нижеподписавшиеся учредители Компании, настоящим назначаем нижепоименованное лицо директором Компании и подтверждаем, что настоящее назначение подтверждено выпиской, которая будет доставлена Регистратору компаний. |
