Если ваш, то... As the processing equipment IS being cleaned up,... Samples... will be taken to evaluate ... in the process of equipment clean-up. being очень редко встречал в инструкциях, в основном пишут простой пассив, хотя, как филологу, being нравится больше)) точнее, что ли. |

А может так: For validation of dynamics of contamination level, samples of rinsing water will be taken during the cleaning process of equipment. |
