Помогите понять следующую фразу в предложении (из устава, положение о собрании)

unless it is pointed out at the same meeting and not, in that case -?

If any votes shall be counted which ought not to have been counted or which might have been rejected, the error shall not vitiate the resolution unless it is pointed out at the same meeting and not, in that case, unless in the opinion of the Chairman the error is of sufficient magnitude as to vitiate the resolution.

если при подсчете были учтены голоса, которые не должны были быть учтены или которые могли быть отклонены, такая ошибка лишает принятое решение силы, только если она была выявлена на том же собрании и только если Председатель сочтет ее достаточно значительной, чтобы привести к недействительности принятого решения
