• Variable - the government statutory mandated portion of the mark-up fee stated as a percentage of the all-inclusive base rate for the Country. Contractor shall track and apply the applicable cap on certain statutory components at the location where the Services are to be performed as identified in the Service Order (for instance, in USA, FICA capped at USD 106,800 per year for 2009). It is the responsibility of Contractor to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Fixed - all other mark-up fees (USD) as stated on Attachment 1A and IB to this Exhibit D - Compensation.
