Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести предложение. Не могу его понять.

Мой вариант (откровенно неудачный):

Некоторые из этих испытаний могут проводиться как распределительное устройство/ПУМ в комплекте с регулируемым напряжением, приложенным к дополнительной шине.

ммм, про самое главное врать не буду, 2 замечания:
1. ПУМ - я бы все-таки "двигатели" взял, не моторы. (ЩУД)
2. with variable voltage applied to the auxiliary bus - с подачей переменного напряжения на шину.
