In consideration of Principle entering into the arrangements set out in this letter with ENRC at its request (as it hereby acknowledges and admits) the Guarantor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally guarantees to Principle the payment in full of all sums agreed to be paid in the performance of all obligations undertaken by ENRC to Principle whether under the terms of this letter or otherwise and in the case of default by ENRC in the making of such payments or in the performance of such obligations (or any of them) the Guarantor hereby undertakes to Principle that it will make good to Principle on demand all such default and will indemnify Principle from and against all losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses which Principle may sustain or incur and whether directly or indirectly by reason of such default.
