Хотя слово time тут, имхо, абсолютно лишнее (within 5 minutes вполне достаточно), но уж если Вы его вставляете... .

фраза 21:48 правильная, но в зависимости от контекста и искомого акцента вы может захотите сказать и так:

in five minutes they (reached/got to) the Sav. Station
it took them five minutes to (reach/get to) the Sav. Station

a simple "5 min later, they were (are, if using narrative present) at Savyolovsky railway station" would do it, imho :)
OR,
"it took them 5 min to get to Savelovsky railway station"

PLEASE don't use "the" with proper names :)

Действительно, названия аэропортов и вокзалов употребляются БЕЗ артикля - Kennedy Airport, Waterloo Station, etc. Савеловский вокзал - сюда же.

Кстати, если название станции даётся без слова Station или station, артикль НИКОГДА не ставится. We got off at Queensway. Но, если речь идёт о ветке, то артикль ставится. Посмотрите Situational Dialogues by Michael Ockenden (the Queen's English): the Piccadilly, the Central и т.д.
Я заметил, что на интернете артикль перед названием станции со словом Station (station) иногда ставится, а иногда нет. Погуглите для себя.
