В течение всего срока действия Договора не подлежит изменению (уменьшению) Предмет залога, в том числе в связи с частичным исполнением Продавцами своих обязательств по Договору купли-продажи.

During the effective term hereof the Pledged Collateral shall not be altered (decreased) for any reason including partial fulfillment by the Sellers of their obligations under the SPA.
