Preševo region - Прешовский край.
Presheva Valley - Прешовская долина.

Контекст: It would not matter that there was a Serbian north of Kosovo or Albanians in south Serbia or western Macedonia, and so on. It is too early to say what will happen, but it has long been clear that the fate of northern Kosovo and the Preševo/Presheva Valley are linked.
