"Договор о предоставлении маркетинговых услуг" more likely. Usually the term "group instruction" is used in opposition to "personal instruction" i.e. обучение в группах. Is it talking about the instruction of groups of marketing personnel? It's hard to say exactly here. What kind of information does the annex contain? |

Just some specification of the Territory to provide the services, the Effective Date of the Agreement and some insufficient blah-blah-blah. No info about instruction or training, really |
