тут еще вот что: Guaranteed minimum - это в каком смысле?? i.e. what does this "minimum" "guarantee"?
может статься, что "гарантированный" - не есть правильная форма слова. или что его вообще можно опустить.

This seems obvious. It means "if I don't a) hustle XXX units of stuff; or b) make XXX bucks hustling the stuff, it's my ass I lose the contract".

Sales target can be higher than the guaranteed minimum sales; in one of the contract my company has, this ratio is 100%/90%.
