как перевести в контракте "стороны обязуются"? law

Здравствуйте :)

Предложение из договора: Все спорные вопросы, связанные с настоящим договором, стороны обязуются урегулировать путём согласований.

Я его перевела как: The sides are obliged to settle all issues conserning the present contract by coming to a mutual agreement about them.

Не знаю, есть ли там ошибки, буду очень благодарна, если подскажете.
Но хотя бы хотела выяснить, как будет "стороны обязуются". "Аre obliged" мне как-то не очень звучит, или всё таки так пишут?

The parties agree to settle all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract by common consent among themselves/by means of bilateral negotiations.
